Administrative Assistant:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a local company! Express Employment is a full-service staffing agency dedicated to helping you find a job that you want based on your skills and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings.
- Provide customer support
- Data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with other clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Professional phone etiquette
- Must have a minimum or 4 years of Administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: Pay starts at $16/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 8A-5P
Location: Pittsburg, KS
