Job Full Description
We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to work the day shift for a food processing facility in New Orleans.
Responsibilities:
- Operating production equipment efficiently
- Responsible for learning and maintaining customer standards for product specifications and acceptable quality.
- Accurately completes all paperwork related to production.
- Perform minor equipment adjustments to ensure equipment is operating optimally
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of machine operator/production experience.
- Ability to read work orders and complete paperwork.
- Ability to stand for long hours and handle repetitive tasks throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic math skills.
