Job Full Description
We are looking for experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to work in New Orleans. The Property Maintenance Technician works with a team responsible for the overall interior and exterior maintenance of the property.
Pay Range: $15 - $20 / hour, depending on experience and skill level.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Appliance repair
- Repair/replace light bulbs, globes, or fixtures
- Repair/replace windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, and closets.
- Assist in the repair/replacement/removal of appliances.
- Repair/replace faucets, sink plugs, and washers.
- Repair/replace curtains, mini-blinds, and ceiling fans.
- Repair/replace sinks, bathtubs, and showers.
- Repair/replace flooring materials.
- Picks up exterior & interior litter
- Empty and sanitize trash containers.
- Replacing sheetrock and paint.
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in property maintenance required
