Shipping Clerk – $21/hr

Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support one of our clients in the Odenton area. This position plays a key role in ensuring all outgoing shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, while also providing backup support to the Shipping Manager when needed.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, proficient with Microsoft Office, and comfortable using shipping software to manage both domestic and international shipments.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and process outgoing shipments using the Worldwide shipping platform

Create shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation
-
Track and confirm deliveries, resolving any issues with carriers

Support the Shipping Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and reporting
-
Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for communication and recordkeeping

Maintain an organized and safe shipping area

Ensure all orders are shipped accurately and on time
Qualifications:

Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with Worldwide shipping platform

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
Schedule & Pay:

Full-time, Monday–Friday

$21.00 per hour
