We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join a busy electrical supply location in Annapolis, MD. This role requires prior electrical knowledge and is ideal for someone who can confidently assist customers with products, orders, and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with purchases, orders, and returns in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations based on electrical knowledge
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized counter and showroom area
- Assist with restocking inventory and general warehouse tasks
- Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment as needed
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements (Must Have):
- Previous electrical knowledge or experience is REQUIRED (electrical supply, construction, trades, etc.)
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using a computer and basic systems
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
