Job Full Description

Our client, a 3rd Generation Family-owned business in the food broker business is looking for a Client Services Representative to join their team in Natick, MA. This position is great for someone who can handle a large volume of emails that will contain new orders, questions, and requests from customers and manufacturers.

Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible) - 7:30am-4:00pm / 8:00am-4:30pm / 8:30am - 5:00pm - 8.75 hours per day w/ 4 hour Fridays! 

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00/hour

  • There is also profit sharing!

Responsibilities of Client Services Representative:

  • Professionally respond to all types of communication effectively and within a timely manner
  • Process all purchase orders along with providing a timely order confirmation
  • Answer the office telephone and take messages or direct the calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Effectively solve problems that may arise for a manufacturer or customer
  • Enter all orders taken into the computer

Requirements of Client Services Representative:

  • Ability to multitask!
  • Comfortability with screen time
  • Great communication skills
  • Enjoy working with numbers (basic math skills)
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to new software
  • Good organizational skills along with great attention to detail
  • Previous Microsoft Office experience is a must
  • Must have reliable transportation
