Job Full Description
Our client, a high-end distributor of kitchen and bath products, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team in Newton!
Schedule: Monday 9am-6pm, Thursday 9am-8pm, Wednesday 8:45am-6pm, Friday 9am-4:30pm & Saturday 9am-4:00pm
Pay: $20.00/hour
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Provide high class customer service to customers via phone, email and in-person
- Scheduling and coordinating delivery of customer orders
- Provide support to the sales team
- Schedule appointments
- Create specifications for sales associates
- General administrative tasks
Qualifications, Skills and Experience of the Customer Service Representative:
- Experience in Customer Service/Sales (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent phone skills & keep a professional demeanor
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task
