Job Full Description

Our client, a high-end distributor of kitchen and bath products, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team in Newton!

Schedule: Monday 9am-6pm, Thursday 9am-8pm, Wednesday 8:45am-6pm, Friday 9am-4:30pm & Saturday 9am-4:00pm

Pay: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Provide high class customer service to customers via phone, email and in-person
  • Scheduling and coordinating delivery of customer orders
  • Provide support to the sales team
  • Schedule appointments
  • Create specifications for sales associates
  • General administrative tasks

Qualifications, Skills and Experience of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Experience in Customer Service/Sales (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent phone skills & keep a professional demeanor
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task
