Warehouse / Delivery Associate
Location: Newton, MA
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Benefits Included
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Delivery Associate to support ecommerce and retail distribution operations across multiple locations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, involving warehouse work, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and local deliveries between sites.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all orders are completed and shipped on time while maintaining quality standards
- Support daily warehouse activities including staging, labeling, packing, and shipment preparation
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas
- Receive incoming inventory and verify accuracy and condition
- Assist with inventory updates to ensure accurate stock levels
- Transport merchandise and supplies between warehouse and retail/store locations
- Safely load, unload, and deliver internal transfers on scheduled routes
- Operate company vehicles responsibly and safely
- Perform basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Follow all safety and driving regulations at all times
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
- Warehouse, delivery, or ecommerce experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with physical work including lifting, packing, and loading
