JWarehouse Associate (E-Commerce)
Location: Newton, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18–$22/hour
Assignment Length: Temporary (Start ASAP through end of June)
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support a fast-paced e-commerce operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a team-oriented environment and is looking for a short-term role with consistent hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Label shipments and ensure orders meet daily shipping deadlines
- Receive incoming deliveries and verify items for accuracy and condition
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock organization
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Perform quality checks on outgoing orders
- Support offsite events as needed (packing, setup, breakdown)
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable being on your feet and performing general warehouse tasks
