Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Boston, MA
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $27.80 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. This role supports equipment reliability and building operations through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.

• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and general facility issues
• Support building systems including plumbing, lighting, and HVAC-related tasks
• Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Assist with equipment installations and facility improvement projects
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Support general facility upkeep as needed

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facility environment
• Experience with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) preferred
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems a plus
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
