Job Full Description
Our client, a hotel in Waltham, MA, is looking for a temporary Night Auditor to cover overnight shifts.
Pay: $25–$30/hour
Schedule: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Dates: 10/9, 10/10, 10/11, 10/12, 10/17, and 10/18
Location: Waltham, MA
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests.
- Handle multi-line phones and respond to guest inquiries.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and hotel revenue.
- Balance revenue and settlement accounts and prepare daily reports.
- Document guest information, incidents, and shift activity.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to maintain quality guest service.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or night audit experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and phone skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently overnight.
- Must be available to work the listed dates. Additional nights may be available after 10/18.
