Warehouse Lead – Holliston, MA
Pay: $27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Our client in Holliston is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and help coordinate a team. This is a hands-on leadership position involving shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, staging, and shipping.

Assist with supervising warehouse employees, monitoring performance, and supporting daily workflow.

Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and support.

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload windows, doors, and materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.

Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.

Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to prioritize orders.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Identify operational issues and report safety concerns.
Requirements:
-
3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.

Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Forklift operating experience required; certification preferred.

Experience with inventory systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to read and follow shipping and receiving documentation.

Experience with windows, doors, or construction materials is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 100+ pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
