Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Livonia office. You'll recruit, interview, and place candidates while building strong relationships with local businesses and job seekers.
Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, interview, and screen candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
- Match candidates with client openings and coordinate placements
- Conduct reference checks and onboarding activities
- Partner with clients to fill staffing needs
- Generate job opportunities through client outreach and relationship building
Qualifications:
- Staffing agency recruiting experience preferred (3+ years preferred) or previous HR experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
