Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our team! This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and eager to learn. You will be responsible for operating basic machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machines
• Load/unload materials and products
• Perform basic quality checks and report defects
• Maintain the cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with routine maintenance as needed
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Must have an updated resume to be considered
• Must have reliable transportation (own car required)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Attention to detail and safety-minded
• Willingness to learn and take direction
