Job Title: Retail Merchandiser
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (Approx. 14–18 weeks)
Assignment Dates: Roughly 07/20 – 11/7
Location: Local assignment- Livonia MI

About the Opportunity:
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Retail Merchandisers for a client located in Livonia, MI. We’re looking for reliable, punctual, and team-oriented individuals to help set up and organize retail store environments in your area. We’re also seeking candidates available as backup or backfill support, in case of scheduling gaps or call-outs.

What You’ll Do:

• Move and assemble store fixtures like shelves, counters, and gondolas
• Follow planograms to stock, label, and organize merchandise displays
• Install signage, hooks, and specialty racks
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Use basic hand tools and cordless drills
• Work efficiently with a team and follow directions on-site

Requirements:

• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be on time and dependable
• Able to stand for 8+ hours on hard surfaces
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic retail merchandising or stocking experience preferred
• 6 months or more of retail experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to read and set planograms
• Understand this is a temporary assignment (primary or backup role)
