Express Employment Professionals is seeking General Labor Associates to assist welders and fabricators in the production of custom conveyor systems used in the automotive industry.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience who are looking to learn new skills and grow within a fabrication environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist welders and fabricators with daily production tasks
- Gather, move, and organize materials throughout the shop
- Use hand and power tools as needed
- Help assemble conveyor system components
- Grind, clean, and prepare metal parts for fabrication
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
