Job Full Description
Express Employment is looking for a dynamic and client focused customer service representative for our client in Novi, MI. This is a direct hire position with a growing industrial supply distribution company. As a customer service representative, you'll communicate with internal and external parties, research and provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, changes, and returns.
- Provide information to customers regarding order status or product information.
- Respond to requests for quotes & product information via phone & email.
- Handle customer issues, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Develop customer relationships, inform customers of current sales and marketing programs, and effectively close the sales opportunities that are identified.
- Data/order entry into company system.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- MS Office and Teams proficiency
- Comfort with inside sales and upselling
- 3+ years of customer service including product order entry and management
