We are currently seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join a busy warehouse team in the Livonia area. This position is ideal for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach trucks to safely move, store, and retrieve materials
• Load, unload, and transport products throughout the warehouse
• Pick and stage orders accurately according to work instructions
• Perform inventory movements and stock replenishment
• Inspect equipment before each shift and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous reach truck experience required
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification)
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
