Looking to gain hands-on HR experience? We're seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant for a 60-day temporary assignment supporting our client in Romulus, MI.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (25 hours/week)
Pay: $18/hour
What You'll Do:
- Recruit and source candidates
- Enter employee information into Dayforce
- Assist with updating training matrices
- Help direct visitors and employees at the front entrance
- Support general HR administrative functions
What We're Looking For:
- Previous HR experience or exposure to confidential/sensitive employee information
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Comfortable working with employee data and maintaining confidentiality
- Friendly and organized with strong communication skills
