Are you a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts and ensure exceptional service every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
- Manage customer orders, pricing, deliveries, and schedule changes
- Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts
- Resolve issues involving pricing, shipping, packaging, credits, claims, and deliveries
- Support quote requests and order processing workflows
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Interface with customer websites and account portals
- Assist with account analytics and performance tracking
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Manufacturing or industrial industry knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player willing to support other customer service functions as needed
