Are you an experienced Line Cook with a strong background in high-volume kitchen operations? Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is actively hiring for a Line Cook opening on the 2nd shift.
We’re looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience and a passion for culinary excellence, teamwork, and quality service, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
💵 Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $19.00
- Pay Schedule: Weekly (Every Friday)
- Schedule: Monday – Sunday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (including weekends and holidays)
- Employment Type: Full-time

🔧 Key Responsibilities – Line Cook
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food is cooked to proper temperature and presented attractively
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service goals
- Perform food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and marinating
- Follow all health and safety regulations
✅ Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen – Required
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and food safety
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
