Responsibilities
- Install and maintain docks according to specifications and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Follow all safety and SOP regulations and procedures.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure installations meet company standards.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving installation issues.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Drug screen not required
- Background check not required
- 1 year of experience in dock installation or a related field
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
