Are you an experienced CNC Operator with a strong background in machine operation and quality control? Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is actively hiring for a CNC Operator opening in Pine City, MN.
We’re looking for candidates with 1–2 years of CNC experience and a passion for precision, safety, and teamwork, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
💵 Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $20.00
- Pay Schedule: Weekly – every Friday
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time | Evaluation-to-Hire
- Work Location: Pine City, Minnesota

🔧 Key Responsibilities – CNC Operator
- Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Set up and adjust CNC machines for various jobs
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
✅ Required Experience & Skills
- 1–2 years of CNC machine operation – Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Must pass a background check
