Are you an experienced Team Lead or manufacturing professional with a strong background in production leadership or machine operation? Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is actively hiring for a Team Lead opening in Forest Lake, MN.
We’re looking for candidates with either 1+ year of leadership experience or 5+ years in manufacturing/machine operation, ready to thrive in a team-oriented, quality-driven environment.
💵 Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $21.00
- Pay Schedule: Weekly (every Friday!)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time, Evaluation-to-Hire
- Work Location: Forest Lake, MN

🛠️ Key Responsibilities – Team Lead
- Lead and supervise a woodworking production team
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Coordinate production schedules and workflow
- Train and mentor team members
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
✅ Required Experience & Skills
- 1+ year of leadership experience OR 5+ years in manufacturing/machine operation – Required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience in woodworking or related field
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass a drug screen
