We’re looking for candidates with assembly experience and a passion for precision, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship, ready to thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
💵 Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $18.00
- Pay Schedule: Weekly
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Location: Harris, MN

🔧 Key Responsibilities – Dock Assembler
- Assemble dock components using hand and power tools
- Follow manufacturing procedures and blueprints
- Ensure quality standards are met for all assembled parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
- Collaborate with team members and follow direction from senior staff
✅ Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in assembly or fabrication – Preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable with crouching, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Proven reliability in attendance and punctuality
