Are you an experienced Machine Operator with a strong background in warehouse or manufacturing environments? Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is actively hiring for multiple Warehouse Machine Operator openings in Stanchfield, MN.

💵 Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay:
- First Shift: $18.00–$20.00 (based on experience)
- Second Shift: $19.00–$21.00 (based on experience)
- Pay Schedule: Weekly
- Schedule:
- First Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Second Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Employment Type: Full-time, Evaluation-to-Hire
- Work Location: Stanchfield, MN

🔧 Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Machine Operator
- Operate and monitor automated machinery and equipment
- Load/unload materials and ensure proper machine setup
- Perform routine quality checks and inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and production procedures
✅ Required Experience & Skills
- 1+ year of experience in machine operation or warehouse manufacturing – Preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety guidelines
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and mechanical systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- No drug screen or background check required
