Are you an experienced CNC-Milling professional with a strong background in machine setup and precision manufacturing? Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is actively hiring for a CNC-Milling Set-Up opening in Pine City, MN.
We’re looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience and a passion for precision, quality, and efficiency, ready to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
💵 Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 (based on experience)
- Pay Schedule: Weekly
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Location: Pine City, MN

🔧 Key Responsibilities – CNC-Milling Set-Up
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to specifications
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
✅ Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in CNC machining – Required
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers)
- Experience with G-code and CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background check (Drug screen not required)
