Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking detail-oriented and steady-handed candidates for a Soldering Technician opening in Stillwater, MN. Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $17–$22 (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision soldering of electronic components under a microscope
- Assemble and inspect circuit boards to ensure quality and accuracy
- Follow detailed work instructions and schematics
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Previous soldering or electronics assembly experience preferred
- Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic tools and electronic components
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
