Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and detail-oriented candidates for an Electrical Assembly opening in North Branch, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals with at least two years of experience in electrical assembly who are comfortable working with small components and assembling circuit boards under a microscope.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $19–$27 (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and solder electrical components and circuit boards under a microscope
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and functionality of assembled units
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical assembly or related field
- Proficiency in soldering and handling small components
- Ability to read and follow technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- No background check or drug screen required
