Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for CNC Operator openings in Forest Lake, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals with at least 2 years of CNC experience who are eager to grow their skills and train alongside a CNC Programmer.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $22.00
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation experience
- Familiarity with CNC mills and lathes
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and train with a CNC Programmer
- Drug screen required (no background check required)
