Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a reliable and skilled CNC Operator for a well-established manufacturing company in Forest Lake, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, dependable, and eager to grow their CNC machining skills, including the potential to train with a CNC Programmer.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $22.00
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Qualifications
- 2 years of CNC mill and lathe operation experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Honest, hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn
- On-the-job training or completion of a precision tooling school
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
