Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Paint Technician openings in Wyoming, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced in autobody or industrial painting.
Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $22.00/Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Complete warranty, rework, and spot repairs for damaged or imperfect trucks
- Inspect and fix trucks post-paint using sanding, buffing, or painting techniques
- Repair accident or corrosion damage on trucks within warranty period
- Mix paint using computer-generated paint codes
- Use hand tools, power tools, paint mixers, sanders, and buffers
Qualifications
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- 2+ years of autobody experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as crouching, bending, and kneeling
