Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Quality Technician openings in Stillwater, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a high-quality production environment.
Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $21.00
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: Stillwater, MN

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials/products to specifications, record results and properly mark product/containers
- Take samples of and perform testing of incoming raw materials, record results
- File and maintain quality inspection records
- Perform random sampling and final inspection of material/product
- Accurately determine whether product meets required product characteristics such as color, size/measurement and other product characteristics per specifications
- Identify and segregate defective material
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color
- Good oral and written communication skills (English required, English/Hmong preferred)
- Ability to remain seated for the duration of the shift
