Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Wire Feed Welder openings in Forest Lake, MN. Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $18.00
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: Forest Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities
- Perform wire feed (MIG) welding on steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Previous experience with wire feed/MIG welding required
- Must be willing and able to perform a U-weld test
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
