Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Landscaper openings in Hugo, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces, and are looking to grow their skills in a hands-on environment.
Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $19.00–$27.00 (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Perform landscape installation and maintenance including planting, mulching, edging, and sod installation
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and skid steers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines on all job sites
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or fall clean-up as needed
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
