Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Machine Operator openings in Scandia, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are detail-oriented, and want to grow within a supportive team environment.
Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $17.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Operate thermoforming plastic machines by loading plastic sheets or rolls and initiating the forming process.
- Unload cooled parts and visually inspect for quality defects.
- Count, stack, and wrap parts according to specifications for shipment.
- Trim parts using hand tools or a band saw as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and surrounding area.
- Follow directions and work effectively in a team-centric environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to read a tape measure and willingness to learn micrometers and calipers.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Basic manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Basic reading, writing, math, and counting skills required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- No background check or drug screen required.
