Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Shipping Associate openings in Stanchfield, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, accurate, and enjoy active, hands-on work in a warehouse environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $20
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
- Location: Stanchfield, MN

Key Responsibilities
- Process company orders for shipment using UPS, FedEx, and other systems
- Schedule shipments and coordinate logistics
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Package, box, and palletize items
- Perform deburring and other finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Experience with bill of lading, Speedy, UPS, and FedEx systems preferred
- Warehouse and shipping/receiving experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs (team assistance provided for heavier items)
- Familiarity with RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Detail-oriented and accurate with a proactive work ethic
