Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician for a well-established manufacturing company in Circle Pines, MN. Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $25–$28 (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
- Location: Circle Pines, MN

Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on pill presses, pneumatic blenders, filling stations, dust collectors, air compressors, and mixers
- Replace filters, valves, lines, cylinders, belts, etc.
- Maintain facility safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, eye wash stations)
- Operate hand and power tools
- Use Limbo software to manage preventive maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance or mechanic experience
- Basic HVAC and machine maintenance knowledge
- Pneumatic and electrical maintenance experience
- Compressor experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift or equipment available for heavier loads)
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- Comfortable using computers and basic software
- Must be able to wear a respirator when handling ammonia
- Ability to work on ladders up to 6’
