Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Custodian for an overnight shift opportunity in Mahtomedi, MN. This role is ideal for someone with strong attendance, a self-starting attitude, and a willingness to support a clean and safe learning environment. Opportunity to join the Union upon hire.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $25.08
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Vacuum classrooms and hallways
- Empty trash bins from classrooms and offices
- Clean whiteboards and empty pencil sharpeners
- Perform other custodial duties as assigned
- Ensure all areas are clean and presentable for the next day
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Boilers License- Required
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the building
- Ability to walk and be on your feet for an 8-hour shift
- Light to moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Experience in custodial work preferred but not required
- Must be self-motivated and able to take direction
- Drug screen and background screen -Required
