Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for a Mechanical Assembly openings in Stacy, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals with assembly experience who enjoy working with their hands, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and are looking to grow within a stable and supportive team environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $19.00
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Previous mechanical assembly experience required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- No drug screen or background check required
