Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Sanitation Driver openings in Hugo, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and enjoy working independently in an active, outdoor environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $25.00
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (Flex), 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
- Location: Hugo, MN

Key Responsibilities
- Operate sanitation trucks and equipment safely and efficiently
- Collect and dispose of residential and commercial waste and recyclables
- Follow assigned routes and schedules with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicle and equipment
Qualifications
- Must be in good physical condition and able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL required
- Previous experience in sanitation, driving, or related field preferred
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- Strong work ethic and reliability
