Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Appliance Delivery & Installation Technician openings in Mounds View, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are physically capable, eager to learn, and enjoy hands-on work with a customer-facing component.
Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $19
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Unload, move, and position appliances safely using dollies, straps, and lifting equipment
- Install washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, and other appliances according to manufacturer guideline
- Connect water lines, gas lines, vents, and electrical hookups as required
- Test appliances after installation to ensure proper operation
- Remove and haul away old appliances and packaging materials
- Inspect products for damage before and after delivery
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding installation and care instructions
- Complete delivery and installation paperwork accurately
- Follow DOT, safety, and lifting procedures
- Maintain delivery vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Work with dispatch and warehouse staff to ensure timely, accurate deliveries
Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds (team lifts up to 355 lbs with shoulder straps)
- Valid driver’s license with a fairly clean driving record (especially last 3 years)
- General labor or mechanical skills preferred
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Background Screen- Required
- Drug Screen- Required
