Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for a Production Supervisor opening in Wyoming, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are driven, safety-conscious, and passionate about leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $20.00–$24.00
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure output, quality, and safety standards are met
- Communicate production goals and provide motivation and guidance to team members
- Coordinate staffing levels and downtime for preventative maintenance
- Monitor team performance, scrap rates, and compliance with safety protocols
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, cleanliness, and accountability
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of safety and quality control standards
- Ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Background screen-not required
