Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Landscaping Crew Member openings in Forest Lake, MN. Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $20.00
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Friday availability optional)
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging
- Install and maintain landscaping features such as plants, mulch, and hardscapes
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow prep
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable transportation to Forest Lake job site
- Drug screen and Background screen- Not required
