Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Manufacturing Engineering Technician openings in Stacy, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and passionate about improving manufacturing processes and equipment reliability.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $20–$25 (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Create and update production documentation (travelers, routings, drawings, BOMs, etc.)
- Assist with revisions and improvements to manufacturing methods and procedures
- Program production equipment and troubleshoot process/material/equipment issues
- Develop, assemble, or modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment
- Perform and document routine maintenance on manufacturing and test equipment
- Collaborate effectively with co-workers and contribute to team efforts
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, and Altium (or similar software)
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC-A-620 standards preferred
- Understanding of lean methodology is a plus
- Hands-on problem-solving approach and self-motivation
- Drug screen and Background screen- Not required
