Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–6:30 PM | Facilities Maintenance | Weekly Pay | Evaluation-to-Hire Opportunity
Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Maintenance Technician openings in Wyoming, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to the upkeep of essential equipment and facilities.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $19–$24/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM (Flexible options available: 6:30–3:30, 7–4, or 8–5)
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
- Location: Wyoming, MN

Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic repairs on air compressors, hydraulics, HVAC units, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Read and interpret mechanical prints, drawings, and electrical line diagrams
- Clean and inspect machinery to identify repair needs
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Conduct exterior maintenance and repairs
- Obtain estimates and order necessary supplies and parts
Qualifications
- Building maintenance skills required
- Willingness to train on computer, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs routinely
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience using hand tools and specialized equipment
- Drug screen and Background- Not required
