Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking motivated candidates for a CNC Coiler position in Hugo, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in precision manufacturing and working in a clean, family-owned facility with long-term growth potential.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $26.00/Hour
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–10:30 AM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
- Location: Hugo, MN

Key Responsibilities
- Identify spring types and raw material grades
- Read and interpret prints and design sheets including tension, rate, and force requirements
- Determine wire requirements and inspection needs using test equipment
- Operate CNC coilers and wire formers (.006 to .593 wire sizes)
- Use calipers, micrometers, pin gages, force testers, optical testers, and robots
- Maintain quality standards and ensure accurate production
Qualifications
- Strong math skills for technical applications
- Ability to read advanced technical documents
- English verbal and written communication skills
- Reasoning and problem-solving ability
- Machining experience preferred (in-house training provided)
- Ability to tool and program CNC machines
- Strong written and oral communication
- Ability to stand long-term and lift up to 30 lbs frequently
- Forklift operation experience a plus
- No drug screen required or background check
