Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for a Float Position opening in Pine City, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, variety in daily tasks, and being part of a supportive team environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $19.00
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
- Location: Pine City, MN

Key Responsibilities
- Part marking and masking
- Assisting painters
- Tower and small lightweight assemblies
- General float duties across departments as needed
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks
- Hand tool experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Must pass a background check (drug screen not required)
