Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Machine Operator openings in Lindstrom, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $17.50
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned injection molding machine under supervision
- Load inserts into mold, remove and trim parts, inspect visually per quality criteria
- Proper packaging, grinding of sprues, and secondary operations as required
- Relieve other press operators during breaks
- Inform material handlers when hopper is low
Qualifications
- Ability to stand or sit up to 12 hours per day with breaks every two hours
- Good vision for detailed visual inspections
- Some warehouse or machine operating experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Drug screen and background screen not required
