Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and hardworking candidates for Temporary Seasonal Laborer openings based in Bethel, MN, with work locations varying by crew needs. Job sites include Forest Lake, Anoka, Chisago, Scandia, and White Bear Lake. Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $23-24.00/Hour
- Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 35–50 hours/week
- Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setup and teardown of seasonal equipment and materials
- Load and unload tools and supplies at job sites
- Follow crew leader instructions and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and site prep
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Willingness to travel between job sites (travel time paid; mileage not reimbursed)
- No experience required – training provided
- Drug screen and background check not required
